私たちは「ロシアの軍事侵攻に抗議する高知大学教職員有志」です。
下記の通り、3月9日に声明「ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻に抗議し、ロシア軍の即時撤退と平和的解決を求めます」を発表しました。
そこで、「安保法に反対する高知の大学人声明」のブログをお借りして掲載させて頂きます。
なお、この声明は同日付で在日ロシア大使館と日本政府に送付しました。

ロシアの軍事侵攻に抗議する高知大学教職員有志
声明「ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻に抗議し、ロシア軍の即時撤退と平和的解決を求めます」
現在、ロシアがウクライナへの軍事侵攻を続けており、ウクライナの国家主権ならびに市民の大事な生命が危険にさらされています。
私たちは、今回の行為が国連憲章をはじめとする国際法に明白に違反しており、国際秩序と世界平和に甚大な影響を及ぼすことを、大変憂慮しています。
加えて、ロシアは軍事侵攻にとどまらず、かつて多大な被害を及ぼしたチェルノブイリ原発エリアを制圧するばかりか、核兵器の使用すら辞さない姿勢も見せています。日本は広島、長崎、そして福島における原子力被害を経験してきました。また、1954年のビキニ水爆実験で高知の漁船が被災し、現在もその補償を求める取り組みが続いています。こうした観点からも、私たちは今回の事態を決して看過することはできません。
そればかりではありません。日本の一部国会議員からは、こうした事態に乗じて、日本における核共有や核抑止力を声高に主張する動きまで現れています。こうした動きに対して、憲法9条や非核三原則を掲げる日本の市民も、他人事ではなく、当事者として考え、行動する必要があります。
私たち大学人は、学問の追究と次世代の教育を通じて人類の発展に貢献し、国境の分断をこえて世界平和を実現する責務があります。その意味で、今回の事態に対しても、主体的に発言・行動することが求められています。
以上より、今回のロシアの軍事侵攻を即時終結すること、ならびに国連を中心とする国際社会ならびに日本政府が平和的解決に向けて積極的に行動することを強く求めます。

Kochi University Concerned Members Protesting the Russian Military Invasion
Statement: We Protest the Russian Invasion of Ukraine and Call for the Immediate Withdrawal of Russian Troops and Peaceful Resolution
Currently, Russia continues its military invasion of Ukraine, endangering Ukraine's national sovereignty and the precious lives of its citizens.
We are deeply concerned that this hostile act is in clear violation of international law, including the Charter of the United Nations, which has a profound effect on international order and world peace.
We are also concerned that Russia has not only conducted this military invasion, but has also expressed a willingness to use nuclear weapons even as they have occupied the ruins of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, a site that once caused severe nuclear disaster. Japan has experienced nuclear damage in Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Fukushima. Furthermore, fishing boat personnel from our home prefecture of Kochi have suffered health damage from radiation exposure from a hydrogen bomb test conducted by the United States in the Marshall Island’s Bikini Atoll on March 1, 1954. These people have endured long-term health issues and have been struggling for their compensation. From this point of view, we can never overlook this current Ukrainian emergency.
In addition, some influential members of the Japanese Diet have taken advantage of this situation to proclaim the need for nuclear sharing in Japan and the use of nuclear weapons for self-defense or deterrence purposes. In response and opposition to this, citizens of Japan, upholding Article 9 of the Constitution and the Three Non-Nuclear Principles, must think and act as persons concerned, not by idly standing on the sidelines.
We, university members, pursuing science and higher learning to educate the next generation, have a responsibility to contribute to the development of humankind and to achieve world peace beyond the division of national borders. It is required for us to take the initiative by speaking out and taking strong action in this emergency.
Based on the above, we strongly call on Russia to immediately terminate its military invasion of Ukraine, and that the international community, centered on the United Nations and the Government of Japan, take positive action toward a peaceful solution.
